Kocklaget träffas kl 15 på Brunna Krog, där vi tillsammans med våra GSE-vänner under överinseende av vår krögare Joakim tillagar en trerätters middag. Denna avnjutes sedan kl 18 tillsammans med övriga klubbdeltagare med respektive samt gästande rotarianer. Klubben sponsrar en stor del av kuvertavgiften, mer info kommer senare.
We welcome our guests from the Californian GSE-team to the Rotary Club of Upplands-Bro.We start at 3 o´clock pm together with some members from our club and the GSE Team to cook and make the three courses dinner under the supervision of our chef, Joakim Mann. At 6 o´clock we have dinner together with rotary guests from other clubs, from your host families and from our own club.During the dinner you will be entertained by the old, famous ballad singer from the 18:th century, Carl Michael Bellman. Here is a presentation of the Californian GSE Team. Vanessa Real, 25, sponsored by the Rotary Club of Orangevale, is a contract auditor with the department of Defense. She enjoys numerous outdoor activities from boating and kayaking to snowboarding as well as theatre, music and art.
Peter Blando, 40, sponsored by the Rotary Club of Rancho Cordova, si a business manager with the telecommunications center at the University of California at Davis. He teaches ballroom dancing and enjoys playing racquetball, basketball and hiking. He enjoys travelling, theatre, music, good food and wine. Kelly Shiromizu, 32, sponsored by the Rotary Club of Roseville, is a junior partner with a small accounting firm where she specializes in auditing of small govermental utility districts. She enjoys cooking and gardening when she is not playing golf, kayaking or snowboarding. She also is a theatregoer and attends musical theatre. Christina Cunnison, 28, sponsored by the Rotary Club of East Sacramento, is a middle school teatcher in the San Juan District, teaching life and physical science. She participates in hiking, kayaking, bike riding and geocaching. She also enjoys cultural activities, cooking and engaging in home improvement projects. Bob Deering, Taem Leader from the Rotary Club of East Sacramento, is a CPA and partner in a private accounting practice. Bob is past president of his club, and in addition to playing on his club´s softball team, he enjoys golf, hiking and kayaking.The alternate Team Leader is Skip Lawrence from the Rotary Club of Sacramento, and the alternate team members are Monica Chavez, sponsored by the Rotary Club of Fair Oaks and Sheila van Zandt, sponsored by the Rotary Club of Lincoln.
